These terms govern your use of the riserobotics.sg website ("the Site"), operated by Rise Robotics Pte Ltd ("Rise Robotics", "we"). They do not govern any commercial engagement; that is covered by a separate written agreement scoped per pilot.

1. Use of the site

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Rise Robotics, its services, and selected work. You may view, share and link to its pages freely. You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the Site, nor use it in any way that breaches applicable law.

2. Content and intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, layout and code on the Site are © 2026 Rise Robotics Pte Ltd unless otherwise indicated. The Rise Robotics name and logo are trademarks of Rise Robotics Pte Ltd. Third-party names referenced on the Site (Unitree, Niagara, BACnet, ROS, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

3. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Pricing indications, engagement timelines and case-study outcomes are illustrative and not contractual until reflected in a signed engagement.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rise Robotics shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

5. External links

The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our privacy policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
