Rise Robotics Pte Ltd ("Rise Robotics", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you interact with us through this website or by email, how we use it, and the rights you have under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

1. What we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us. In practice this is:

• Your name and email address when you contact us at rav@riserobotics.sg.
• Any business context you choose to share in that correspondence (e.g. company, role, project).

This site does not host any forms. We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers or payment details through the site itself.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, country, device type). This relies on cookies set by Google. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. You can opt out by using browser tracking-protection features or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence.
• To scope, deliver and invoice work if we enter a commercial engagement.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations in Singapore.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. How long we keep it

Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is operationally relevant, and in any case no longer than seven (7) years from last contact, in line with Singapore record-keeping norms. Aggregate analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months).

5. Where it lives

Email is hosted by our mail provider. Analytics data is held by Google. Both providers may store and process data outside Singapore; where they do, we rely on their respective contractual safeguards for cross-border transfer.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Withdraw consent for ongoing processing — subject to legal or contractual constraints.

To exercise any of these rights, email rav@riserobotics.sg with the subject line "PDPA request". We aim to respond within 30 days.

7. Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy as our practices evolve or as required by law. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
